About Me

It's very nice to meet you. My name is Kizuna. Currently i'm pursuing my degree and living off of tea.

In my free time I create art, read manga, and watch anime.

Thanks for being curious about me *blush blush

By the way, this is my Gigi. She is the most important thing to me.

FAQ

Do you ship internationally?

I do! I am based in the US. The new shop will be on Shopify. Please refer to their site for acceptable destinations. When the shop opens, international orders will receive sticker freebies because international shipping can be so expensive 🥲

Be aware that international packages can take 1-3 months to reach it’s final destination.

Your earrings?

Each earring post used is hypoallergenic. It's important to me that people with allergies or people who don't like to wear earrings have alternatives. I offer clip on earrings, necklace, and keychain attachments.

Qiqi earrings are next!

When will my order arrive?

Each order has an estimated ship date. You can view it in the "purchases and reviews" tab in your Etsy profile. Please understand that if your order was tagged as pre-order then it will take time to make your order and for it to arrive because each piece is assembled by one person. If there are any delays with your order you will be notified via Etsy messages.

International shipping cost

International shipping is, sadly, expensive. I wish I could control the postal rates but that is out of my hands. I will be including freebie stickers to make up for the shipping costs.

How will I know when my order has shipped?

You will receive an email from Etsy telling you your package has been shipped. If you haven’t received a notification, your package hasn’t been shipped.

My order has been marked as delivered but it's not here?

Tracking is not always accurate. If your package hasn't arrived but your tracking information says delivered, this most likely means your package has reached your carrier facility and will be delivered in 2-3 days. Please note that I am not responsible for lost packages due to an invalid address. Make sure to double check your address and verify it with USPS quick tools for a seamless transit.

Feel free to email me if you have any questions.
